FROM THE CULTURE.
My background runs from music journalism to radio to social media management to media operations. That path wasn't a detour — it's the methodology. Every step gave me a different layer of how the culture actually works, and how the business side of it is usually left behind.
I founded Really Great Media (RGM) to solve one specific problem: creators and founders who are already generating revenue but operating chaotically. Not people who need to be taught how to create content. People who are already moving — and need the business built around what they're already doing.
That distinction matters. RGM doesn't do strategy sessions and wish you luck. We go in, identify the real constraint, and build the infrastructure — SOPs, content systems, distribution strategy, revenue structure — documented and handed off so the operation runs without you being inside everything.
The media arm
Curating Our Culture® — the Hip Hop culture media ecosystem I built and run — is the proof of concept. The Hip Hop Agenda® and All Falls Down® live inside COC as registered sub-brands.
Built on the same systems RGM installs for clients. Not a side project — a live operation that proves the methodology works.
